They also lie about either being a public utility, or partnering with a public utility; neither of which is true. Report to donotcall.gov and block them. But expect them, like Whack-a-Mole, to return under any dozens of the spoofed numbers that they use.

Also, do check out complaints for the variously name company, most recently calling itself American Pro Energy, with the Better Business of Bureau in LA or in your own community. Their tactics are well known an they have pulling the same $hit for years.
