We got a call today from the same number. Male, foreign accent, stated he was calling from Windows and needed the Id # off my computer. Said they received error messages from our computer and he was calling to fix them. WHATEVER!!! Didn't give him ANY INFORMATION!!!!!
These losers can't even come up with something more original to use as the Caller ID for their spoofed number. Caller ID is LONG DISTANCE
I let the call go to the answering machine, no message left (no surprise there).
Blocked the number.
Lol I had it on voicemail, about 20 seconds of tv in background then a very nasal voice goes hello....... HELLO?! Then hung up. Says it's from sanfransico
This is scam. They call saying your computer is infected and will try to get you to give them access to your computer so they can steal any information that they can.
