Yeah, Ok. Like I am stupid enough to give some caller from a random number my address! Clearly a scam! BLOCKED from here on out!
BTW, I am on the Do-Not-Call List which CLEARLY is ignored.
Found number on my caller id, also LOCAL as per caller id. I have purchased a call blocker device and now programmed this number in as well as filing yet another complaint to the donotcall registry.
BTW, the call blocker does work, another number I programmed the other day called again today and was disconnected after one ring, as it is supposed to do.
I have also been sending printouts that I have printed from boards such as this one to the appropriate state attorney general office where calls have originated so that they aware of what is happening in their states. I have received two replies so far. I would suggest everyone else do the same, it may be the only way to stop spammers if enough people let them know they are being harassed by unwanted spam callers.
