So I just now received a FOURTH call from this number and I was prepared after this research so I answered it. It was an Asian man (overseas) in a loud call center and he said "hi this is Steve, and this call is about your windows computer, okay?" And I immediately said "Nope, you're a liar. I don't have a--" and before I could even finish my sentence, he hung up! HA! Scary cat scam artist!!!! Is there not a way we can turn them in for fraud???
Called on Saturday, April 4, at 12:14 pm. Caller I.D. said "Mountain View, CA" which is the home of Google so I picked up the phone but said nothing. Crazy loud background noise - like a very huge call center. Young male voice (sounded American) said "hello? hello?" It was so loud he probably wasn't sure if someone even answered the phone. Definitely a "tech support scam." http://www.fraud.org/news/57-tech-support-scams-costing-computer-users
these dumb [***] people need to stop calling, they owe me 1500 dollars per call and if they dont stop i will get a lawyer and make them pay until they bleed.
