It's a "messaging center" (read telemarketing department) for a "national group of cleaning services". Meaning it's a telemarketing firm, calling to sell you housecleaning services. They skirt California law by not leaving messages, which frees them to call you as many times per day as they want to, until you answer. I called the number back and instructed them to remove my number from the database. We'll see if they comply.
They came up on my AOL Call Alert but didn't leave a message. I called them back and got a recording saying please remain on the line while I try to connect you call.
Claimed to be refinance specialists. Before they went further, I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list and not to call me again.
Reported this call to the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. And since we're on the national Do Not Call list, I also reported it to: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.
