I received several Text messages from "Lori" stating I had won a 1,000 Walmart gift card... She even called my phone and told me if I didn't call her back w/in 48 hrs, that I would lose my Gift card... So I did think at that point that it was ligit, so I called her back and while talking I asked her how did I win, was it from the questionaires I've been doing online from the back of my receipt that I get when I shop at Walmart?? She said, Yes, it is, that is how you won it, you just keep on doing those surveys, then she brought up somethg and was trying to get me to buy somethg I thk it was either some type of insurance for credit cards (like if you was to die, it would pay it off.) and when I told her No, thanks anyway,, then she got mad, and said thank you, goodbye, and I yelled wait a min, how you gonna get my gift card to me, she said we will mail it, I said how are you gonna mail it, if you don't know my address, she said, i asked you what your address was didnt' I? I said No, you didn't, or if you did, what do you have down ???? And she said well I guess I didn't, and she said give itto me, soI did, then she said we will get this out, but I will need your MC or Visa to pay for the shipping, and I said how much could that cost? and she said maybe 3-5 dollars.. And I said, I have never seen it cost that much to mail a gift card to someone, maybe .75 cents at most..... She said I'm not sure, but, we will get that right out, so if you want to claim your prize, do you want the gift card??? I said yes, and I gave her the # of the card and the info, and guess what, never received the card, but, my card got charged....And it was like $30.00. I was mad, and I called the # back until I got ahold of Lori, and she made like they should have done mailed it and said I wlll check into it an call u back, guess what never called back, but I called her several times, threatended her w/my attorney and everything, and I still have her # on my phone w/the last text message I sent to her.... Which was ugly.....
