This people try really hard to scam me help

They call me all the time. I answered once and they asked for me by name (heavy accents, they butchered my name) I told them not to call anymore and they asked why. I said "Because you are a scammer" and he said "I am not a scamming, I am your boyfriend"
I'm single. Hung up, rudely...
