This number has called 3 x's in the last 2 1/2 hours. Caller ID says Out of area. they don't leave a message.

These people called three times on March 18 but hung up/disconnected once my voice mail answered. Haven't heard from them since but how annoying (as usual with these types of calls). If they're calling to talk about reducing electric bill, why don't they qualify under the Do Not Call register? There's nothing charitable about this. Caller ID just said Burlingame, CA.
