Called both my cell and home numbers from a Tennessee number earlier in the day and now from CA. First they called the house, then the cell. This company says they're responding to a survey that I filled out and that I qualify for a solar panel free of charge. I didn't fill out any surveys. Very few people have my cell number, so I don't know how they got it.
