Received a call this morning at 10:37am --- no message left.  Am going to block because after reading posts does not sound legit to me.  BLOCKED!

+1 (650) 326-9543 But of course it's just another bogus number and certainly not originated from Palo Alto, CA but likely one of those dynamically generated numbers which blocking this one doesn't prevent you from being abused again

Robocall...same routine...no message ...rejected my text response as not a valid number

Caller said she was from Sustainable Energy Outreach. The website she gave was the Dept  of Energy.  The phone number when I called back was "no longer in service. "

Didn't leave a message.  Blocked!
