Yet the owner hosts the site on servers in the USA.
The reseller is Namecheap and the Registrar is Enom, and both, along with Whoisguard Protects, are liked very much by hit-and-run spammers and scammers.
The website title is "Explosive Payday" which sounds like affiliate marketing puff.
So I visited the home page, the webpage redirected to another webpage on the site, and the title of the webpage is claiming this :

Well, the website figured out, based on my IP address, that I am in or close to Austin, Texas, and it selected this particular page. People accessing the website from other cities might see it say their city instead, like Houston, or Dallas. But I don't know for sure.
