No idea who this is. Ignored call, no message left.

Unwanted call on my cell phone from Beverly Smaby (650) 352-1330. She is selling something.  I am on a no call list.

First call came at 3:00 pm from 1-650-352-1330. No message left.
Second call came at 3:08pm, same number however it showed 011 65 0352 1330. No message left.

Although this number doesn't call too often, it has called my cell phone in the past as I recognize the 011 65 0352 1330. I'm in Ontario Canada and this is not a common area code or phone number.
