Solicitor calling from Energy Institute

Called me this morning. No one responded when I answered the call. I hung up and blocked the number. Location was Pacifica, CA

I didn't answer the call.  Caller left no voice mail.

Some company trying to sell something...they wont leave a voicemail just annoying calls.

I started getting calls from this number yesterday. No msg left the first time, so I blocked it. I see that they tried calling twice more today.  Glad to get confirmation from y'all that it was a spammer, as suspected.
