I have gotten at least 15 calls from these guys. They always just hang up when I am called. They won't stop calling. When I call their number it's the recording of that jerk with a deep voice saying that they wanted to invite me to a variety show. I'm going to report them to the dot not call list. What idiots.
I think Nei Alves probably works for the group. It's a scam. They rent a phone number for a few months, set up a "boiler room" in a hotel, and solicit money for "charities" or "for the children." They retain 95% - 98% of every dollar they collect, and give virtually nothing to charity.

they've been doing this for years but the art deco modern name that comes up on the caller i.d. is relatively new. one year, my caller id showed my own phone# as the one calling,which through me, and i answered the phone. recently, as i looked at the caller id and ignored the call, after my outgoing message finished playing, there was a male who repeatedly called out my first name. i have to think again in attempt to trick me into answering the phone.
