this caller said that he is calling from "Windows Technical Support" because they identified a problem with my Windows laptop. There is no problem, there is no windows laptop, and I believe I have been called by this caller before. This appears to be some sort of phishing scam.

APOLOGIES, I had two calls almost at the same time this number is NOT the scammer, my error. The scammer was 323-741-3873, and I will report that number next. Again, my error.
