BTW, you should harass your phone service provider and let them know that if they can't provide you with relieve from these continuous harassing spam calls, that you will find a phone service provider that will.
Better yet... Eff wid 'um... in addition to Slim's suggestion... when ya got the time, means and inclination... Y'all find a few suggested ways in some of my posts.
Re: Slim's suggestion... it's spot on regards wasting yer time with ANY carriers [ that I know of ] doing ANYTHING about the problems with nuisance calls... they could give a rat's [***].
Unfortunately this particular number with Incoming CNAM showing 'Redwood City, CA' [ on my system anyway, that will vary per carrier ] comes back when dialed up from CID blocked number as 'disconnected' so most likely a spoofed CID... therefore no way to Eff wid 'um, but if I get a 2nd hit they'll make it on my BLOCKED/FWD list and get forwarded to my current 'favorite' entity to take such Bravo Sierra calls for me [ via 'selective forwarding' ]... like say a particularly annoying and frequent nuisance number [ give 'um some of they own medicine ], my Congresscritter, the State AG's office, etc... the first I used and one of the funniest was The Rejection Hotline, which afforded all sorts of great stuff, with 100s of 'answers', and included taking vm from the callers and allowing you to retrieve it, all anonymous to the caller... ';) Unfortunately they apparently got sheeet canned in 2013 and are only recently rising from the ashes with a couple 'new' sites, but since only getting started don't have hardly anything of note YET. May use um again, but prefer to torment my worst tormentors... ';)
When a certain 'charity' scam drops off my radar that pushed me too far last week and are now taking my calls, I'm probably gonna divert to a local security firm who's been using 3rd party TM'rs to make their pitch with spoofed local numbers, BUT a savvy 800Noter dug up their REAL office numbers and they're next... ';)
