Calls daily, to my work landline. No one is ever there and I can't call the number back. Seems a lot like a phishing call. Also, very annoying.

I just received a blind call from somebody that said they were from NorCal Builders. His caller ID number 650-382-1130 is not an active number, and he said his main office was in San Francisco on 19th street. According to Google, its a company based in Novato, CA. He was calling my cell phone number, looking for a person i know, but who doesn't live in my town. He knew my address though. I know he's looking for work, but any contractor worth their salt should be busy as heck right now. What a total FRAUD.
