It has come to our attention that some telemarketers have repeatedly contacted individuals about installing solar PV systems by using variations of the names of either Clean Energy Group (www.cleanegroup.org) and/or the Clean Energy States Alliance (www.cesa.org) as a marketing device. Neither organization participates in, endorses, or condones these marketing activities. Neither organization is a vendor of clean energy technologies nor in any way associated with the sale of clean energy equipment.
Please report any fraudulent or automated phone calls to the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov, or contact your state’s Consumer Protection Office to report any disreputable marketing activities.
We regret any inconvenience this fraudulent activity has caused.
Clean Energy and Green Energy seem to use same phone numbers. Numerous calls from them in the past from other spoofed numbers and I have asked them numerous times to stop calling but a couple days go by and they call again. It has been going on for a couple years. This company can't even follow simple FTC Telemarketing Laws. Who would even want to do business with these people?
