Got the same message this morning:
"PDN Jobs: Hi Jeffrey, we'd like to speak with you today about the job info you submitted. Call me at 650-419-5748 Text HELP for help / Text STOP to cancel"
Looks like the same scam that was reported for: 650-200-1484
I also had applied to a position through Geebo, and a day later, I get this text. No info to the job or who PDN Jobs is. This is the first time I'm getting a text response on a job application. Based on feedback, not something worth responding to.
It must be through geebo. I applied for a job and 10 minutes later i received this text. Seemed weird to get a text about a job. So to google i went and i found this thread. I will not be calling this number.
I received that same message after applying on geebo. Definitely think it's a scam now I feel unsafe because they have your home address. I'd report it.
I received the message as well. I called back just to see what it was. She did not even talk about jobs and she reconnected me twice within 10 minutes. The final call was to a college to try to set up "business courses" to further your business education, so it's just a scam to make you spend money.
They have to be scammers cause I'm on the phone filling out application not even two minutes later she calls and leave a message text message saying that she have a job I'm interesting in i didn't even finish with the application amd you know what type of job and education o want to attended when i called they never answers only and automate teller I'm interacting with i now know it's a scam
