its a solicitor, some woman looking for one of my employees, and if they have to go through me, it means cold-calling

This number is the North American Headquarters for Verisign. They called as part of a vetting process for the purchase of an SSL certificate.

Call type: Legitimate Business – would be nice if that was an option. Not all calls are bogus or unwanted.

Just had a call from 650-426-3100 said his name was Chris with Thought USA. He was asking for our COO by first name as if he were a Warm Personal Frined (I know all the COO's WPF's and he wasn't one of them). Sorry Chris you can't get past me. Have a good day!
