Who called from 6504691143

Received a call, didn't pick up, called back and got voice mail for some Dr. Garvy.

Asked if I had gotten e-mails about "Cloud Computing". Told her that I wasn't interested and hung up.

Received a call, but did not answer.  Googled the number and got this.  No message left.  Tried calling back and got "The number who have called is not in service..."

Voicemail said the call is to offer service management software to a company with a staff of support technicians in the field.

Call came from this number this AM at 8:43, caller asked for me by name. This is my business cell phone and I was in an area with poor cell reception. As I was walking to get into a better area, I lost the call. I dialed back within 1 minute and got the "number is no longer in service…" message.

Caller id only listed phone number 650 469 1143. The city listed was Los Altos, CA.  I see that several cities are listed for the 114X number which is like saying somewhere in the Bay Area.

Is there a different city listed for each number or is this bank of numbers coming from a specific office/building?

Not that it makes any difference, since I am not going to answer the phone from that number/series again.
