This number was blocked by me several months ago with a CID of Redwood City. I guess the computer dialed my number again and will probably try again sometime in the future to see if it's still blocked. The caller has a block of numbers with the same scam ; IRS, CREDIT CARD INTEREST REDUCTION, LOWER YOUR UTILITY BILL, CHECKING YOUR COMPUTER OVER THE INTERNET and etc. Block the number if you can, if not, don't answer calls from a strange CID or strange phone number. Never call the number back. Think about it, how many friends do you know with the name of Redwood City or New York or other fictitious name.
