Picked up no one speaks....solicitor?

Two calls, one each day about the same time.  ID as San Carlos, CA - I didn't answer and no message left.

A guys said he's calling from renewable energy. I asked him to please remove my number from his list. He said "REMOVE IT YOURSELF" and hung up.  When I try to call back. It's a voicemail and of course the box is full

these bums call never leave a message in fact the number comes up from belmont cal. Look up the number and it came from a home? Just other scam period.

Sounds like a scam.
