Called it back.  It's Donor Services.  Third party for charities and fundraisers?

They are Medallion--a telemarketing fund raiser. They were fundraising for the Special Olympics. I found this site that says the Special Olympics only gets 38% of what is raised: http://archives.starbulletin.com/2004/01/12/news/story3.html

When I asked to be taken off their call list, the caller said she couldn't do it, I would have to hold for her supervisor. Is this legal?
