Didn't leave a message. Caller ID location Los Altos, CA. Caller hung up just as I answered. I suspect a robo call to multiple numbers, with the first to answer causing hang ups on all the rest.
Well, it worked until today (3/13/17). Repeated the procedure to request removal from mailing list (called number back, pressed 1, enter my phone no. when prompted).
