called, left no msg

said he was from an energy company

Just got a call from this local number and person said his name was Marlin...that our area had been targeted with high energy costs etc etc ....I told him not to call again. Very persistent wouldn't take no politely...so I hung up and blocked his number with a call blocker.

Called and left no message. Caller ID log showed it as Palo Alto CA. I am deeply touched that an entire charter city reached out to me.
