Last called at 3:45pm PDT with "UNKNOWN NAME" as caller ID and left no message (again)).  Called this repeated caller back and got automated response asking me to wait for next available agent while never revealing name of either caller or caller's company.  My curiosity is satisfied and this is probably somebody selling something I don't want and quickly hung up disrespectfully not leaving a message...
