This number 650-522-8715 is being spoofed.  The caller is not who the called ID is saying.  Someone might ask you about contractor services; be warned that this person is not actually calling from 650-522-8715 as your called ID might say. Just try calling 650-522-8715 and you will see the number has been disconnected.
