I made an online purchase with a site I have used at least 3 times before, and was very pleased with their service and products. A few weeks ago, however, I attempted to make a purchase using my debit card, as I had in the past. The money was taken from my account on 11/03/2008, but my order has yet to arrive and the company will neither respond to my emails nor return any of my many calls to their never-answered telephone voicemail. My bank (Regions, which has been virtually no help) provided me with this number that Regions says is associated with the charge. Does anyone know anything about this number. Any assistance will be very greatly appreciated. Thanks.
