Caller ID shows County Financial, some type of collection agency whose robo dialer trys to play that trick of calling you and immediately plays the "Please Hold' message. How naive do these companies think people are to fall for the "Please Hold" trick. Added to my google voice blocked contact, makred as spam, wash hands and hopefully will not have to repeat.
