"Abandoned" calls (telemarketing calls that are not connected to a live representative within 2 seconds after you answered; characterized by "dead air") from any source - including "legitimate" charities and their telemarketing agents - should be reported as such to the FCC. I got another call from this number today, but it's been awhile since they called. I actually was so annoyed about this unknowen caller, who always disconnects if I do pick up, that I paid to find out it was PBIS. WHY do they disconnect when the call is answered? Its a small relief to see I'm not the only one, but WHAT is the reason for the call?? Sheesh!
