I am getting the call/hang-up from 650-585-4362 as well.  When I call it back the message says the number belongs to "Open Access Marketing."  you can leave a message for them at the number.

I've resorted to logging complaints with the Do Not Call Registry folks.

I have received several calls from this number (650) 585-4362. I called the number back once, and got an answering machine for: Open Access Marketing
I have usually ignored the calls, but when I did pickup, they hung up on me.

Same here - call, hang-up, guessing it's an auto-dialer that is non-functional.  wondering how many of you are on VOIP - could be causing the connection issue - though, not like I want a call from them.
