I've been receiving calls from this number every other week or so, they rarely ever say anything but I can hear background noise. Today I received a weird voicemail of nothing but moaning and groaning (not sure if it's sexual or just "frustrated" kind of groaning, but definitely weird and awkward).
the message was demanding and annoying did not know the person they called about claims to be a debt collector then treated prosecution in a criminal complaint she was told the wrong person do not call again she did I sent to voice mail
