Received call from Craig Shaw said he was with GMA. He said I owed $255.00 from a pay day loan from 2009. He said this was getting ready to go to court if I did not pay. Looked up GMA and Goldman Resolutions and found out this is a scam. Also said payment would be pulled by BNC Inc. which the BBC says is no longer in business.
sSome women named Susann has been harassing my husband from this number saying he owes a payday advance loan. I checked my husbands credit reoprt with all three agencys and that payday loan place is not even on his credit as a debt but as a inquiry. I asked the women to give me some information on there company or to mail me a invoice about the debt and i would pay it. She then said they cannot give out any information other than there name Goldman and associates. I ask why and she says they legally dont have to . In fact they do, us as consumers have are protected under several laws as the fair debt act. I made a complant against there company with the consumer finance protection buearu. I called goldman and associates back and told them what i did. The lady started screaming and yelling and said will see how that stands up in court. This company is a fruad. Any company that requests your personal information / bank information without telling you any informAtion on there comany is a scam. I HOPE TO PROSECUTE THESE SCUMBAGS TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW!
This company has started calling my daughters house out of the blue and when I call back there is never an answer. I am reporting this number to my attorney and filling a law suit for harassment against them.

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.
According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.
The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.
