Some guy with a thick ethnic accent called for Miss _____ _____ _____, calling himself an "investigator"(read bill collector/skip tracer) looking for a Jerry (my last name) from Memphis, TN for fraud. I told him that I was Mr. ______ ______ _____ and I've never heard of Jerry ________, nor have I been to Memphis in decades. Then he said that "Jerry" listed me as his father. Weird. Very weird.

This guy claiming to be a mediator from Chaplain Financial Services has called me on multiple occasions telling me that there is pending legal action against my wife and that she will be served to appear in front of a court magistrate. When I tried to refer him to our family attorney, he quickly told me that I am very ignorant and that I needed to get serious and resolve this debt. I quickly responded with many terms I cannot repeat in this post. I basically told him in the most ignorant manner, how impressed I was with his mediation skills.

This guy calls again with the same threat. I quickly told him told hold on a moment while I grabbed my wife's new number for him. After taking a minute to get back to home I have home a phone number. He then read the number back to me and asked if it was correct. I told him "yes, that is our family attorney and his name is ___ ______". At this time the hood rat came out him and he proceeds to tell me that I am just playing games and that I won't feel so cocky when my wife gets served at work and hung up on me.

Called again with same threat. I reminded him I referred him to our attorney. As I was hanging up on him I could him say to make sure my wife has 2 forms of ID ready.
THIS GUY IS A HOOD RAT, A MORON AND ONE VERY BAD SCAMMER!!!!!!
