Who called from 6505995490

keep receiving a call from this number which I can't understand whom the person is and the caller doesn't give me a reason for the call.  Has anyone received phone calls from this person and has an idea what they may want.

did you sign up for any car related websites shortly before the call?  I did and this number called me almost right away.

who are these people?

yeah i got a call about a month after i visited a site dealing with cars....

Just got a call on my cell phone, no message. I have been looking at dealer websites as well...
