Who called from 6506030000

This number intercepts my cell messages and does not allow access.

Can not find info on this.  Want off phone

Received text message. When I called the above mentioned number it goes to constant busy signal.
I deleted message. Sounds like a potential scam?

This number keeps calling my cell phone. I use this phone for my business and am very pissed off that a random, bogus phone number is calling my business phone and not only wasting my time, but also my minutes and my money. Rediculous!! Thank god for call blocker apps. The people behind these bogus phone numbers should be punished somehow for messing with peoples time, money and personal lives.

For the past 3 days, this phone number keeps popping up. When I try to call back I keep getting a busy signal. I get text messages prompting me to click on the download link.  I never do, of course. Definitely a potential scam.
