We received endless harassing calls to our fax but for some reason, we never got a piece of paper that would give us the fax removal request number. Help was hard to come by, however, after several calls to many different agencies, I finally was able to learn that this number belongs to a company called Boomerang in Palo Alto, CA. Long story short, if you call 1-800-769-4000, they will remove any and all numbers you give them from their data base. Hallelujah!
