When many of the calls are coming from the other side of the world, the government is almost powerless to stop them. You're getting junk calls if you're answering them. The more you take, the more you'll get since they sell your number to other parties to test their luck. Try either blocking the calls, or shut down your answering machine, and simply don't answer numbers unknown. They'll eventually give up on bothering you as much. An answering machine is still hope for scammers you might answer.
They just called again. I went to the phone because I was expecting an important call. Of course I didn't pick it up once I saw the number. I'd like to walk into their real office or cave and "talk' to these slime in person. Bet I could convince them to stop calling me.
