I'm almost positive this call was a total robo call using voice recognition software to process answers as caller did not always recognize I had answered and assumed they had received an answering machine when I said I did not make donations over the phone.
Got a call from this number and it's a VOIP call. This guy is calling using the computer. These people didn't have to be in San Mateo to make this call. When using VOIP they can use any area code they want.
