This is a prank call from a supposed winning lottery...comes out of Jamacia.
These cruds prey on seniors like myself. They MUST be stopped!

This number calls after registering my phone number in the Do Not Call Registry. WTF?

I too have received a call from this number. This is after repeated phone calls from several Jamaica numbers as well as various "unknown" and "blocked" numbers. All of the callers have a Jamaican accent and claim that I have won large sums of money from PCH, State Lotteries, etc. They are relentless. Have have tried everything to get them to stop calling. After insisting that someone who can speak clearer English call, that's when someone from this number called saying they were from UPS - again, a slight Jamaican accent.
