I have been getting 10 calls a day from this number for the past 2 weeks.  I don't answer unknown numbers.  They never leave a message.  I called them back from my work phone yesterday, and they refused to identify themselves.  The said the company was "confidential".  What a load of [***].  
#1 Any legitimate business will leave a message when trying to get hold of you.
#2 Any legitimate business will identify themselves when they answer the phone.

Next step, FCC and FTC: It is a federal offence to call a phone number on the "Do not call list" and it is in violation of CA law to solocit to a cell phone without express permission from the owner of the phone.

Charities are exempt from the federal Do not call list law, even the phony ones that keep most every donation.  So are politicians and pollsters.

I have been receiving calls from 650-713-3014, 650-316-6027 as well as 916-760-0323, 916-209-5250, 916-607-4591 and the list goes on and on and on.  I finally answered, as I too was TIRED of it.  Turns out it is a DATING SERVICE some sort of Matchmaking service.  Someone filled out the form giving my information.  Trust e the will not give up until you tell them to stop.  The company calling me is called E-Love.  If the numbers above have been numbers you are receiving calls from as well, you to have been bothered by the love Bug….

Receiving calls from this #.  No idea who it is.  I am on the "no call list".  I plan on calling to have them reemove my # fron whatever list I happen to get on.
