Called at *:10 PM last night. I have also received calls from 650-723-5818 and 650-723-5822. They never leave a message. If it's Stanford calling for money, I will withold the normal contribution that I make.
I'm a Stanford alum also. They just rang my cell phone from this number. No message left. I haven't donated in awhile but I did allegedly owe a phantom Stanford hospital bill a few months ago.
I'm also a Stanford alum. No message was left. I've never donated. One time two years ago I did make the mistake of picking up the phone from a 650 number and it was a young student in the University of Medicine (where I graduated from) who wanted money for the alumni association. I had a hard time getting her off the phone. From now on I never answer a 650 number. I always assume it's them and they call regularly about every two months.
