Same type of message as those above.. Called twice within 2 hours so far... Name he gave was Peter Mountain.... Also threatening that this was my second warning and if I ignore I'll be breaking federal law... Interesting since I never received a first warming....
got at least 6 calls today from that number that I was going to arrested and something about court and grand jury was from irs or us treasury i called the sheriffs office and they said it was a scam am turnin the number over to the states attorney office

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
I just got the same call from "Steve Martin." Actually he left a voicemail stating the same stuff as above. It is a total scam. I've had this happen before. Also, the U.S. Treasury would NEVER call you like this. Please report it to your state's U.S. Attorney's Office.
