Caller said they were providing Windows "support" for my computer. I quickly told them there must be something wrong, we only have MAC computers, they don't use windows !. The caller seemed confused, ask If I'd hold on, told them, no. Remove our number from your calling list.
Called twice today!!!!!! This is a shame...first call was person but left no message..could hear voice and noise in background on answering machine..second call answering mahine again but this time a computer call that only said ...Goodbye...
One of those computer scams. Claimed to be a Windows tech who was calling about a report he received on my computer. Naturally, he was eager to " fix it" for me. I told him what he could do with his report, using language I won't repeat here. I also told him I was wise to his scam. He hung up.
I answered, long pause, then a female voice said "Goodbye" and it hung up. Probably a robo call and it answers the first pickup, programmed to say "goodbye" before cutting you loose. Caller ID came up as Norma Godoy. Just another caller running wild because they know "Do not Call list" is a joke.
Caller id came up as Norma godoy. a man with an Indian accent said he was calling about problems with Windows. He said he had all my information. I said he was a scam and hung up. I was called 4 times today from same Norma Godoy and same number
