Who called from 6508221646

Received a call, did not pick up and they left no message.  When I called back, the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang and then stopped and was disconnected.

How in the world does this # stay active? It's total spam,, total robocall... I get calls like once or twice a week from it...

I asked the man to remove my name and he said that he wouldn't, that they intended to keep calling.

No name on the caller ID.  I answered because I was expecting a call or visit from a contractor.  Nobody on the other end.  Blocked now.
