I answered the phone and a woman said, "Excuse me, excuse me, bye!", then she hung up. Creepy.

Called saying she was from Citi Bank wanted to get my email address and home address

Got a call, yet again, and she was angry I wouldn't let her speak to the person she called because she would not identify herself.

Caller ID said South San Fr CA: Woman represented that she was from Citi Mortgage.  Offered a refinance without closing costs, appraisals, 3%rate, etc.  Asked if I was interested?  I asked her if she was really from Citi Mortgage or if she was from another company pretending to be Citi Mortgage and she immediately hung up.  This is for sure a spam call, most likely with the intent of phishing data for fraudulent purposes.  Do not give them any information.
