Called Dec. 17, 2013, 12:46 pm. Caller ID said "Out of area," but 650 is actually in my area. Left no msg. I use an app called Lookup+ that's available in the Apple App Store. It's free. It says that 650-888-2341 belongs to Zhang Yatian. I doubt the number is legit.

This number called me twice a half hour apart. When I answered the last call someone picked up then hung up. If this Zhang Yatian is indeed the owner of this number I'll pursue action against him or her. I'm going to research the name and see what I come up with.
The only Zhang Yatian listed in the White Pages resides in Brooklyn, New York. He or she is listed as being 66 years old. There is no listing for an address or telephone number ( in the White Pages), unless you pay for a third party vendor to supply the information.
