Called minutes ago (19:53, 9/13/16). 3 second voice mail - robot woman's voice that said 'let's get started' and call disconnected. No doubt a spam call. Blocked on my cell now.

yep, they must be making their rounds.  They just called about 3 mins. ago.  They called my cell phone and didn't leave a message.  Blocked immediately.
