One of many made-up names behind which hides a Southern CA, poorly-rated business trying to masquerade as a public utility or a business that collaborates with a public utility. Block them and report them to FTC, on-line at donotcall.gov They are parasites.
I picked up the phone and this lady asked for (my name). I said "I'll go get him" and then put down the phone and went back to what I was doing before these scammers called me. I wasted about a minute and a half of their time before I heard the dial tone. That's one way to fight back against these crooks.
